The one-on-one program structure is two, 50-minute telephone or video conferencing coaching sessions scheduled every other week. This provides you with a total of 12 coaching sessions.
In our work together, I provide you with guidance and support to reach your health and fitness goals. I teach you how to get clear understanding of your body’s needs and how to nourish your body. I realize there is a great deal of confusion around “the right way" and the reality is that there is no one right way of doing things for everyone. The key is to understand and meet the foundational needs of the human body and then to learn how to fine tune your way of living so that it meets your unique needs.
Throughout the program, we will cover a variety of topics within nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, career fulfillment, relationships and emotional well-being. Every session is targeted to focus on your overall goals, your current health conditions and your lifestyle preferences. Together, we develop a way of eating and living that allows you to look and feel your best!
