Every company’s success is greatly affected by the health and well-being of its employees. Unhealthy habits have a tremendous negative impact leading to problems such as high blood pressure, Type II diabetes, obesity, suppressed immune system, chronic pain and more. Both companies and their employees are looking for solutions but it can be challenging to know where to start and what to do. A wellness seminar is a fantastic way to provide employees with the support, guidance and tools that will help them to make change.
In my seminars, I educate employees on the root cause of their conditions and teach them techniques to drastically improve their health. Whether it be making changes to the diet, incorporating more movement in the day or effectively managing stress, employees receive the support and guidance they need most. As a follow up to "Eating for Energy and Weight Loss," this seminar provides participants with additional ways to reach their weight loss, energy and overall health goals. We discuss understanding and controlling cravings, the importance of eating more healthy fats and proteins, how to distinguish between unhealthy and healthy fats as well as the keys for putting everything into practice. We also explore techniques that will help participants stay accountable to their goals.
One person's food, can be another person's poison. Without knowing it, many people are eating foods that are causing them to feel bloated, brain fog, chronic pain, frequent hunger shortly after eating, depressed and anxious. In this seminar, we uncover the foods that are often at the root of our discomfort and pain. The Illumination Diet is one of the most effective ways, even more so than expensive food allergy tests, to find and eliminate the inflammatory and disruptive foods in our diet. Together, we will explore the different aspects of the Illumination Diet Plan, how to put it into place and the incredible results it produces.
This presentation shares the negative impact of an inactive lifestyle and the many benefits of adding physical activity into the work day. We discuss how much physical activity we need and what type is best for our body. In the second half of the seminar, participants actively follow along to exercises and stretches that can be done throughout the work day.
In this seminar, we look at the many ways in which stress affects all aspects of our health. We also explore the things that trigger our stress response and how we can minimize these triggers in our daily life. During this talk, participants will be guided through various exercises such as the proper way to do deep breathing for maximum relief and a guided meditation to instill complete relaxation.
